Kano Emirs Palace

Gidan Rumfa, also known as the Kano Emir's palace, is truly a sight to behold. It was constructed in the late 15th century and has been the home of the Emir of Kano since then. With an area of 33 acres (130,000 m2), it remains one of the largest palaces in northern Nigeria. The palace features living quarters for the Emir and his servants, numerous courtrooms for receiving guests, gates, a mosque, and an ATM gallery.

The master Key

Several years ago, there was a grand robbery in a higher institutions in Ile-Ife. It took place all night but the only evidence showing that,Jantamata,(or,janta, for short,) had visited the college treasury overnight was the naked, mutilated, badly cut body of the dead night guard whose hands and legs had first been tied. The incident happened at the time Nigeria was still using the pound sterling as official currency. Millions of pounds were carted away but the puzzle was, there was no breakage at damage to either the treasury door or the safe itself.  My friend, when Janta was ultimately caught a few days after,in his possession was only one instrument:a master key--that opened All doors which he wanted opened to him--including the doors to the treasury safes. All doors!
